You will be informed via email that you have made it onto the trial, and next steps. They will be sending the products to you at the address that you provide in this screener (US Residents only and NO PO Boxes).

I gave it two stars. If you do get chosen, you have to follow their instructions accurately, but it's going to be worth it if you do.
