Folks, commenting here and asking for a sample, that's not how it works. If there's no tab to click on to go to the offer, it's because it's only found on social media, and you have to follow, like and/or comment on posts before the offer shows in your feeds.

Like their Facebook page, and hope the offer shows in your feed. The only way the form works is if you've already filled out a form on Facebook. Or you will not get the samples.
