So many protein bars out there. Can't pronounce half of the ingredients. I know with RawRev it's dense with nutrients and tastes good. Didn't like it at first but I almost always prefer it over empty-filled nutrient bars.

This is actually more than it looks. I had a hard time understanding some things in the book so I had uncle google to help me. It's just..... it's the best book so far for me!
