IHOP is offering free Scary Face Pancakes for kids from October 24 to 31, 2024. To qualify, a child must be 12 or under, and the offer is available for dine-in from 4 PM to 10 PM with the purchase of an adult entrée. Kids can decorate their own pancakes to create a fun, spooky face.
