Our commitment to U.S. service members traces back more than a century, starting with a humble Root Beer Stand serving frosty mugs to World War I heroes. A lot has changed since those early days, but much remains the same. On National Root Beer Float Day, we honor our roots by continuing to provide support to those who serve. Through our partnership with DAV—a nonprofit that helps more than a million veterans each year by providing vital services, advocacy, and benefits assistance—we proudly carry forward our salute to service.
