I’m mature enough to admit that I suffer from incontinence. I also have very heavy menstrual flow on the first few days of my period. This go above & beyond for my needs. I get less cramps when I wear pads, so they have been working better for me at age 42. I love the comfort of these. I’ve tried the Always brand underwear but the back part always reminds me of the tan colored tape that drs wrap around your arm after giving blood. It leaves a mark on my skin & if I don’t skip any days, I will get an itchy rash. I usually wear pads in between the underwear nights so I can let everything air out. I really appreciate the comfort how Tena brand does not leave a rash. They are very absorbent. Thank you.

Also great as postpartum pads. It absorbs everything over night nor does it chafe the inside of my thighs.
